EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree (BA) from four-year college or university in business, engineering, or a similar field; or 3 years related experience in technical sales or account management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities:

SUMMARY – BASIC FUNCTION OF THE ROLE

Responsible for developing business opportunities to grow sales in accordance with Enerpac brand and business guidelines and channel policies. Work with all Enerpac departments to achieve annual growth targets: Product Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain/Sourcing, Finance, Sales Operations, IT, Field Sales, and the Enerpac Executive Office. Work both individually and with a team to provide technical sales in high pressure hydraulics.
Shift: Monday – Friday, evenings and weekends may be required

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement account strategies for increasing sales and profits of Enerpac products with each account.
  • Develop and implement account strategies for Enerpac to become or continue to be a preferred supplier.
  • Develop and enhance relationships with key contacts to increase sales.
  • Actively identify and secure new business through channel partners and/or through direct relationships.
  • Manage open opportunities and visit reports in Salesforce.com. Provide monthly/quarterly/annual forecasts of your accounts.
  • Work within framework of corporate policy and all Enerpac’s departments to achieve assigned sales objectives.
  • Perform tasks associated with the Enerpac Commercial Excellence program, which includes account portfolios, site visit pre-planning, and various touchpoints throughout the workweek.
  • Travel approximately 60% of the time with a combination of day travel and overnight travel.
