TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
To be successful for this Territory Manager role you will be an experienced Sales Specialist working within healthcare sales seeking an exciting role that will combine strategic business planning and team mentoring to deliver results and exceed customer expectations.
- Demonstrable experience working within healthcare sales in medical devices or pharma sales
- Experience building long-lasting client relationships and developing accounts
- Friendly, personable and collaborative approach to team working
- Experience in meeting sales targets
Responsibilities:
As Territory Manager you will joining a close-knit, friendly and collaborative UK sales team responsible for building and developing successful relationships across the territory. You will work across both primary and secondary care to build your reputation within specialist wound care in the region.
- Overseeing accounts and relationship strategies across the territory
- Working closely with Clinical Nurse Advisors to co-ordinate training and education
- Implementing a strategic business plan and taking ownership of activity
- Monitoring and reporting activity to analyse results and drive growth
