Job description
We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Banbury. Your focus will be on developing new and existing companies in order to drive growth in the PWID Brady platform via direct routes to market and via our channel partners where relevant. This will consist of looking into current market trends and as well as understanding potential new markets for your area that we should target. Also, to look for opportunities where other Brady business may have opportunities and transfer those opportunities to the relevant business colleagues.
Responsibilities:
- Further develop corporate accout strategy, goals and measures
- Create individual platform strategies, detailing market verticals and sub-verticals
- Define the ‘go to market’ model per vertical/sub-vertical
- Identify key targets per sector, both end-users and channel and develop/prospect
- Execute, Review and adapt plans
- Execute own lead generation and appointment setting
- Develop account penetration and retention tactics
- Identify innovative solutions to meet customer needs
- Prepare commercial quotations and respond to tender requests
- Leverage solutions (scaleable opportunities) across new and existing accounts
- Create selling KPI’s, measure and report
- Revenue growth across all Brady platforms
