POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for managing and driving sales growth within the region. This includes developing relationships with new and existing clients, implementing strategic sales plans, and achieving revenue targets. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams and requires a strong understanding of the local market, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar role or industry.
- Strong understanding of the Saskatchewan market, including rural and urban dynamics.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and manage a large territory.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively across territories.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in agriculture, manufacturing, or technology.
- Familiarity with the Saskatchewan business environment and key industries.
