Responsibilities:
- In your new role, after a familiarization phase with product trainings, you will take over sales activities in the field for our Upper Extremities product portfolio (Elbow, Hand & Wrist, Shoulder) in the upper part of Sweden with a focus on the Stockholm area.
- You will implement marketing and sales strategies in the sales process and conduct negotiations, including with surgeons, hospital administrations and purchasing departments.
- With the product knowledge you have built up, you advise and train surgical & theatre staff in its OR use during workshops.
- You will be responsible for customer care for surgical theatre staff, hospital administration & procurement with the goal of achieving qualitative and sales-oriented consultation.
- Furthermore, you will prepare orders for interested customers and will also be a reliable partner for our customers during order follow-up to ensure a timely delivery date and thus a high level of customer satisfaction.
- You will participate in trade fairs, congresses, and business meetings in order to find potential new customers and to expand your knowledge for customer contact.
