TERRITORY SALES MANAGER

Our Sale Team is now looking for a Territory Sales Manager to support our Queensland and Northern NSW territories.
We are looking for a territory sales manager to drive sales revenue growth while nurturing customer relationships within a designated geographical area. Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, technical, product and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

Sales Support and customer relationship management:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with Dealers and Prescribers
  • Daily End User support
  • Product in-servicing for prescribing Therapist’s and Dealers
  • Deliver product education and servicing events, including together Permobil Education team
  • Participation in Tradeshows and conferences
  • Demonstration support including trials and product
  • Maintaining Demo fleet locally and use Demo tracking software
  • You will be required to cover territory within NSW and potentially occasional interstate travel.

New Business development:

  • Identify potential clients and prospects within the territory
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new accounts

Sales Target Achievement:

  • Set ambitious sales targets for the territory
  • Create and implement effective sales plans to achieve these targets
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and other departments
  • Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape

Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management
  • Prepare regular reports for management

YOUR BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Allied Health, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in related industry (desirable)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets
  • Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI.
