Our company provides Rx and private label manufacturing services. Our FDA approved facility is licensed to manufacture OTC and prescription drugs, foods, and cosmetics. We are licensed and inspected by the FDA, NSF-certified and cGMP-compliant.
JOB SUMMARY:
Our Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives are primarily responsible for achieving sales objectives by promoting the company’s products to healthcare professionals, including physicians and pharmacists. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that meet those needs while adhering to industry regulations and company policies.
3. PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE AND TRAINING:
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products, including indications, usage, pricing, and competitive advantages.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new products.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Background in pharmaceuticals or pharmacy.
· Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. (Open to candidates with Pharmacy and previous background in sales or customer service role).
· Strong understanding of medical terminology and the pharmaceutical industry.
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Ability to target new business, develop accounts and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals.
· Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned geographic territory.
Ability to work in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, and private practices.
