REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in Business or Textile/Fashion related
  • Advanced consultative sales skills (at least 8 years), ideally from a newly established business area
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the textile market is prioritized
  • Strong market & customer strategy and planning experience with a start-up spirit
  • Experience with CRM and other sales systems and tools is an asset
  • High curiosity, strong strategic skills with a bias for action
  • Excellent communication skills and full professional proficiency in English. Turkish language preferable.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

Are you a seasoned sales professional with a passion for driving growth and innovation? We are seeking an experienced EMEA Account Manager to lead our sales and new business development efforts in the EMEA region, with a primary focus on Türkiye. This pivotal role is key to executing our global business and segment strategies, enabling success by fostering a regional value chain ready to grow in volume, revenue, and value-add with key account brands and global retailers. Your mission: Make sustainable textiles accessible to all.
Approximately 50% travel is required for this role and the position is based in EMEA to a location with Eastman entity.
The position reports to the Commercial Lead - EMEA & Americas.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Strategic Leadership - Position, develop, and expand Naia™ penetration in Türkiye through both distribution and direct sales.
  • Create and execute robust Territory Management Plans and account strategies to drive maximum business growth.
  • Cultivate relationships across the value chain and within customer organizations to develop new business. Engage with key buying influences at spinners, mills, and other value chain levels to understand their unmet needs and buying processes.
  • Utilize competitive and customer insights to gain a deep market understanding and present compelling value propositions.
  • Identify and act on opportunities to strengthen Eastman Naia™ market position, building strong trust and credibility with all key players.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure resources are aligned with opportunities.
  • Apply advanced consultative selling methodologies to effectively communicate and capture value. Use Opportunity Management processes to prioritize, track, and drive sales opportunities aligned with our business strategy.
  • Provide accurate monthly volume and portfolio guidance based on customer and market insights.
