EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

  • Solid outside sales experience
  • Deep understanding of flooring installation systems - tile installation is a plus.
  • Strong technical acumen with an eye for architectural specifications and design elements.
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and a solution-driven, customer-focused mindset.
  • Proven ability to close sales and confidently deliver product presentations.
  • A clean driving record and the ability to travel daily in the territory.
  • Mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills for physically demanding fieldwork.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds occasionally
  • A four-year college degree is preferred, or a high school diploma with relevant industry experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate: Work closely with our technical, marketing, and customer service teams to deliver exceptional service.
