As a Test Analyst in the Connected Ecosystems, you will own the test phase of every development and initiative. You will develop and maintain the test plans, carry out test activities, and work with the appropriate teams to develop acceptance standards.
In this pivotal role, you will be conducting unit, system, end-to-end, beta and pilot testing to ensure what has been developed does what it was defined and designed to do, to an acceptable standard. You will also be responsible for regular reporting and analysis of testing outcomes.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Create, Review and maintain continuously evolving test plans to ensure quality standards are maintained.
  • Ensure non-functional testing is part of our processes, including regression, performance, robustness, and integration tests.
  • Work with stakeholders and SME’s to develop use cases, acceptance criteria and test data.
  • Understand various testing techniques and how to apply these in different scenarios and contexts.
  • Maintain high quality documentation of our test and release processes.
  • Foster innovation processes such as Design Thinking, Lean Start up and Agile principles for requirement gathering, prototyping, testing and iterative release.

About You

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a test analyst role.
  • 3+ years’ experience in a true Agile / - Scrum / XP environment.
  • Knowledge of testing methodologies and automated test tools.
  • Proven skill and effectiveness in requirements gathering, definition, business planning, data analysis, process analysis, business and functional requirements analysis, system design, testing implementation and change management.
  • Exceptional soft skills, including the ability to speak to both technical and business concerns.
  • Ability to read, write and speak in Mandarin would be desirable.
