• Strong understanding of data fabrication, synthetic data creation, and data validation processes.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
• Knowledge of API testing and automation.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.
• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design & Develop Test Automation Frameworks: Create and maintain test automation frameworks that support the fabrication and validation of synthetic data.
• Data Fabrication & Synthetic Data Creation: Develop and implement strategies for fabricating data and generating synthetic datasets to simulate real-world scenarios.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, data engineers, and business analysts, to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Test Script Development & Execution: Write, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Postman, Selenium, and Python.
• Continuous Integration & Delivery (CI/CD): Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure timely and continuous validation of data processes.
• Performance Testing: Conduct performance testing to validate data processes and ensure they meet scalability and reliability requirements.
• Defect Tracking & Resolution: Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for test processes, frameworks, and automated scripts.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
