THE JOB

We are looking for a Frontend Test Automation Engineer to develop and maintain Automated End-to-End (E2E) Testing for our recently launched SaaS platform called IQX, a centralized platform for managing, optimizing, and monitoring food production analytical instruments.
We expect you to take responsibility over existing test automation framework based on Playwright (C#) and further improve its test coverage and stability. As an E2E Test Automation Engineer, you’ll be responsible for converting complex backend use cases into automated test scenarios that are clean, reusable, and scalable.
The position is based at our headquarters in Hillerød, where many of the product stakeholders are also based: R&D, IQX Operations and IQX Product Management. As part of QA team located also in Warsaw, you should expect some travelling of about 2-3 times a year. You will be reporting to the Head of QA in Denmark and be an integral part of IQX Development team.

• Experience working in distributed teams & environment
• We are an international company therefore we expect your English to be fluent

Qualifications

• 3+ years of frontend test automation experience
• Experience with C# development in automated testing domain
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably in Azure DevOps
• Knowledge of the Test Design process and techniques
• Experience testing RESTful applications
• Ability to work with multiple technologies with a capacity to pick up new ones as required
• ISTQB (or similar) certification

• Write automated frontend tests to verify cloud-based web-apps
• Ensure a balanced approach between UI-driven and API-driven testing
• Deploy and manage regression tests on CI/CD (Azure) and maintain Continuous Testing process
• Provide meaningful inputs for the test coverage & test run statistics
• Participate in triaging defects
• Demonstrate a collaborative and supportive approach when working with cross-functional agile teams
• Collaborate with Product Owners in defining and prioritizing your work into sprints
