PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The clients internal pricing platform which is developed out of Romania and is a key component in their Infrastructure landscape. Luxoft will be assiting in several key areas, including Testing and Platform Services. The key part of this role is to review and define all aspects of its (Functional) and Acceptance Testing.

SKILLS

Must have
4-7 years experience in software testing, particularly in the context of financial services, with high calculation requirements
Experience with integrating automation tools within a DevOps pipeline, e.q. ORQA, Cucumber, MXTest,
Strong background in test automation and scripting languages.
Experience in performance testing in the context of low latency platforms.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and good knowledge of Azure pipelines is a pre
Experience in delivering solutions on the Windows platform (Windows Server)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Nice to have
Communication skills
Working knowledge of Linux

The Test Automation Engineer will focus on developing and implementing automated test scripts, integrating them into the DevOps pipeline, and enhancing the automation framework to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
Key responsibilities
Identify key areas for test automation within the existing test approach.
Select and implement appropriate test automation tools.
Integrate automated tests into the DevOps pipeline for continuous testing.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure proper test coverage.
Document the automation process and provide guidance on best practices.
