DESCRIPTION

Our client is looking for a Test automation specialist for their team in Brussels, with the following tasks:

• Design, prepare and monitor ServiceNow automated tests.
• Contribute to the development of a plan to integrate ServiceNow automated testing within the testing process.
• Evaluate tools and technology for automation best fit to the project within the DevSecOps approach.
• Create an approach and methodology for building a test automation architecture.
• Design and develop (new or modified test automation solutions that meet the business needs.
• Enable the transition of testing from a manual to an automated approach.
• Create automated test reporting and metrics collection.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Proficiency in navigating and configuring the ServiceNow platform.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD.
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cucumber, ServiceNow ATF, ….
• Understanding of ServiceNow’s scripting and automation capabilities, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies.
• Ability to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for the ServiceNow platform.
• Understanding of test automation strategies and when to apply them.
• Ability to create comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Knowledge of quality assurance processes and standards to ensure testing accuracy and efficiency.
• Experience with performance and security testing.
• Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other tools and platforms. Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs for ServiceNow integration.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and think analytically to resolve complex automation challenges.
• Commitment to staying updated with the latest updates and changes in ServiceNow.
• A bachelor degree of 3 years.
