Description:
This role is hybrid and requires you to be in our downtown Toronto office (250 Yonge Street) / client office 2-3 times per week - subject to change at any time.
Responsibilities:
YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will manage test data, ensuring its accuracy and availability for various testing phases. You will oversee integration testing, coordinating with different teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and applications. Defect management will be a critical part of your responsibilities, where you will track, analyze, and resolve defects to maintain the integrity of the systems.
- You will leverage your strong AML, Fraud, and Detection domain knowledge to ensure that all testing processes and outcomes meet regulatory and compliance standards. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying potential risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- As the role evolves, you will take on additional responsibilities such as leading initiatives to improve test data management processes and tools. You will drive continuous improvement in integration testing methodologies, ensuring they are up-to-date with the latest industry standards and best practices.
- You will also enhance defect management processes, implementing advanced tracking and resolution techniques to minimize system vulnerabilities. Your role will expand to include mentoring junior team members, sharing your expertise in AML, Fraud, and Detection to build a stronger, more knowledgeable team.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE
- Required Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have extensive experience in test data management, integration testing, and defect management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills are necessary to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You should have a proven track record in managing and resolving defects, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
- A deep understanding of AML, Fraud, and Detection domains is required, with the ability to apply this knowledge to ensure compliance and regulatory standards are met. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, along with several years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Must have : Strong & in-depth AML, Fraud, Detection domain knowledge required.
