As an Account Executive, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in maintaining and driving our strong growth during a very dynamic phase. In your role, you will take responsibility for your own sales pipeline - from initial meeting to contract closure - and make a significant contribution to realising our mission of creating future-proof supply chains in the industrial SME sector. Your main task is to demonstrate the added value of Tacto to potential customers and solve the challenges of your contacts.

We help our customers to manage their suppliers, optimise purchasing processes and ensure an overall sustainable supply chain. Responsibilities:
- New business: You will be responsible for qualifying and closing new customers in the industrial SME sector.
- Lead generation: You will work closely with our high-performing prospecting team so that you can focus on ensuring an optimal customer journey. At the same time, you are responsible for your pipeline and are always ready to convince a lead of Tacto.
- Customer added value: You guide potential customers through their evaluation process and act as an advisor in the creation of business cases to clearly demonstrate our product added value.
- Sales process: You are responsible for conducting demos and negotiations until the contract is signed and continuously improve our sales game to win customers.
- Sales strategy: Developing strategies tailored to the needs and goals of our customers to demonstrate the added value of our product and build long-term partnerships.
- Customer feedback: Utilising customer feedback to drive our product innovation and ensure our solutions are always at the forefront of technological advancement.
- Interdisciplinary: You will act at the interface between product, prospecting, marketing & customer success - from developing new sales strategies to utilising customer feedback for the further development of our product.
