Could you be the full-time Test Laboratory Quality Manager (f/m/d) in Hennigsdorf we’re looking for?

Responsibilities:

YOUR FUTURE ROLE

2,100 colleagues from 46 countries, including 800 engineers, shape in Hennigsdorf the future of rail mobility. The locally developed, manufactured, and maintained product range includes high-speed, regional, and local trains, subways, as well as trams and light rail vehicles. Our product line Rolling Stock & Components offers products from the broadest portfolio in the rail industry. Our innovation focus is on green and smart solutions, including emission-free propulsion systems such as batteries and hydrogen. You’ll report to the Test Laboratory Manager and manage the accredited Test Lab team technically with regard to the quality management (QM) of the test center.

  • Completed university of applied sciences or University degree in mechanical / electrical engineering preferably with a focus on quality management.
  • Practical experience in the quality area (at least 2 years experience in the railway or health, defence, aerospace, automotive sectors).
  • Purpose, content and organisational structure of a QM system.
  • Development and introduction of a QM system.
  • Standardisation system DIN EN ISO 9000-9004, standard DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025.
  • Ability to analyse and design in order to identify weak points and optimise processes.
  • Confident in dealing with legal and corporate regulations and standards.
  • Soft skills such as assertiveness, communication skills, organisational talent and a focused way of working.
  • Experience in carrying out physical and functional tests on rail vehicles
  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and software design of rail vehicles
  • Quality-oriented working style
  • Experience in an international working environment
  • Fluent in English and German (French beneficial
