10+ years of experience Good attitude and Ambitious for QA Lead. Systems involved: Finacle Omni-Docs/DMS Firco-Name Screening IBPS reports SMS gateway CLM coverage – Should have know how of the customer life cycle for KYC -via digital and branch channel. Should be an expertise to run Triage and Proactively manage the defect resolution. Should be able to manage QA team along with Dev team for defect resolution Should be able to draft the test strategy in line with BA & PM expectations. Should be able to publish Daily and weekly dashboards Should have hands on JIRA.
