Role Overview:
In this role, you will be part of a multi-national team within a global R&D organization, and will work in close collaboration with other talented teams to deliver industry-leading solutions in cancer care.
You will be responsible for engaging stakeholders (e.g., Project Managers, Test Architects, and V&V Leads, etc.) to understand the verification deliverables, environments and tools required to support R&D activities.
You will coordinate the successful verification of products according to applicable medical device and health software regulations. Your test management skills will allow you to contribute in defining requirements, coordinating reviews with engineering experts, documenting processes, and communicating with stakeholders in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate device verification activities to ensure release deliverables and timely testing activities.
  • Coordinate testing activities with program counterparts and cross-site testing teams.
  • Define, and coordinate deployment of the test environments required to support R&D activities.
  • Complete project documentation and design traceability reports required for release.
  • Educate cross-functional teams about test environments and related practices to create customer equivalent ecosystems.
  • Acquire and maintain adequate product and digital ecosystem knowledge for understanding product and testing needs.
  • Provide coaching on product lifecycle processes and test strategies required to fulfil regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in design input analysis, test planning analysis, and issues associated with testing in all parts of the system.
  • Lead non-product validation, ensuring the completion of tool validation deliverables according to Quality System Regulations

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer science, software engineering or equivalent knowledge and skills.
  • Experience leading software testing projects or corresponding skills.
  • Experience in the field of test strategy and management, including test planning, design scoping, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Good understanding of software delivery environments (e.g., Dev, SIT, QA, staging, etc.), and both physical and virtual infrastructures.
  • Experience in project management and coordination, including agile methods
  • Ability to communicate fluently in both spoken and written English.
