WE NEED YOUR EXPERIENCE

We are looking for a hands-on personality who believes that great achievements are based on team effort and collaboration. You have good communication skills and experience of working with business stakeholders - which allows you to communicate well with both technical and non-technical audiences. You have experience with complexity from working in a larger organization. Maybe you have experience working with different clients in a consultancy company.

Test and release strategies: Develop and implement test and release strategies to ensure the quality and timely delivery of software releases. Define and maintain test plans and release schedules, aligning them with project milestones and business objectives
Planning and coordination: Manage the work of technical testers, providing guidance and support in automated test creation, planning and execution and coordinate with development teams, product managers and stakeholders to plan and prioritize testing and release activities
Quality execution: Oversee, and participate in, the creation and execution of various test efforts, including functional, regression, performance and user acceptance testing to validate software quality and reliability
Release process: Coordinate the release process, ensuring smooth and errorfree releases and implement automation tools and processes to streamline testing and release procedures, improving efficiency and accuracy
Monitor Release Quality: Monitor, analyze and report on test results and release metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement in testing and release processes. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on testing and releases status, risks and issues ensuring alignment with project timelines and goals
Continuous Quality: Establish and enforce quality assurance standards and best practices across the organization, driving continuous improvement in software quality
