12+ Years of Experience in Testing Good in communication and Stakeholder Management Experience in working at Client site and managing 20+ Team members Experience in Trade Finance and FX products Experience in Refinitiv or Bloomberg. Experience in UAE region 2. Program Management, Strong communication & Stockholder Management 3. Documentation of Process, Templates for Test plan, Test strategy, DSR, WSR, MSR, Test closure report 4. Team Management, Escalation Management 5. Forecasting, planning, Risk mitigation, Agile Coach & scrum Master 7. Knowledge on Test management & defect management 8. Ensure Quality Gates, organizations quality standards, Template design. 9. Maintain & tracking all project & Test Repository, necessary stakeholder Approvals.
