Job Description
JYSK is on a journey to upgrade our SAP systems to S/4 HANA. Are you ready to modernise quality assurance at JYSK with your SAP-centric test management skills? Do you excel in empowering teams and stakeholders with actionable insights into product quality within the SAP ecosystem? We’re seeking a seasoned Test Manager who can spearhead the adoption of best practices in SAP test automation and quality processes to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance across all phases of SAP development and upgrades.

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING

We are establishing a shift-left quality culture to support our IT modernisation. To achieve this, you should provide guidance and leadership in securing a robust quality assurance framework grounded in proven test methodologies.

Furthermore, we are looking for a new colleague who:

• Has experience with SAP and preferably upgrades to S/4
• Has experience leading quality assurance across multiple agile teams in a SAFe setup
• Has experience with SAP test automation
• Has the ability to advice teams and ARTs on quality assurance
• Have excellent contact and motivation skills
• Demonstrates strong communication skills
• Have solid test methodology experience to support test engineers and developers

• Coaching the teams in embracing and implementing the test strategy
• Ensure a structured test approach by shifting left
• Plan and estimate the test effort of various test activities
• Monitor and control test activities
• Product risk assessment and strategy determination
• Control the test process throughout the test life cycle
• Set up, maintain and report on quality metric
