Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities of this position are to provide leadership in the preparation of test packs to support Construction and pre commissioning activities He/She will lead the development and implementation of the test pack plan for project.
On a day-to-day basis, Test pack coordinator will collaborate with Air Products Construction, Turnover and Contractor team members, to ensure that the test packs & activities are progressed.

Specific Job Functions of this position are:

  • Receiving test packages for line checking, document review.
  • Verify Completeness of documentation
  • Verify Engineering Piping Test Diagrams
  • Perform pre site line checks before testing commences.
  • Verify System limits to Test Packs
  • Preparing Site Wide Test Pack tracker status.
  • Coordinate tests on site.
  • Prepare and implement the project procedures for all testing activities.
  • Working with Pre Comm for reinstatement and further testing requirements
  • Submitting TQs to engineering for clarification
  • Working closely with Main contractors for priority testing schedules.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly Test Pack Status reports.

The position requires at a minimum:

  • Previous experience managing test packs on capital construction projects in the $1B range
  • Demonstrated leadership and strong interpersonal skills
  • Leadership of both construction engineering and site construction teams
  • Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization at construction site
  • Experienced in in the full cycle of construction activities from development through production.
  • Proven Record of success in safety, environmental, quality, employee involvement, team building, and diversity.
  • Experience of Hub2 Gotechnology Testing module
  • Working with Pre Comm for reinstatement and further testing requirements
  • Submitting TQs to engineering for clarification
  • Working closely with Main contractors for priority testing schedules.
  • Construction, engineering, or management university degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years construction and engineering experience
  • Five (5) or more years of test pack preperation experience or equivalent
