THE BREAKDOWN:

Starting in November we are currently looking for a seasonal Test Ride Assistant in Finland until May. The Test Ride Assistant is responsible for representing Burton and Anon brands and driving focused demand and consumer engagement in the area. She/he is mainly responsible for executing product demo opportunities, conducting shop visits and otherwise activating the brand on-snow. As the local brand ambassador towards consumers and local business partners the Test Ride Assistant strives to exemplify Burton’s values, and amplifying the power of snowboarding to build a healthy planet where all people can thrive.

Responsibilities:

  • Inbound and outbound logistics for consumer experiences: test rides, demo and Riglet
  • Organizing and shipping requested products to stakeholders: retail partners, team riders, territory colleague, and HQ
  • Demo fleet maintenance, waxing and tuning in-house or handling transportation for external tuning
  • Supporting inventory management: product fleet and event collateral
  • Support during mid-season and year-end inventory
  • Occasional on-snow event execution support
  • Assisting with other hands-on tasks
  • Representing the company and brands in a professional manner with positive attitude towards accounts, and the consumer.
