DESIGNATION : Test Specialist - AA

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Computer Science, or any IT related disciplines
• At least 3 years of software testing, including requirement analysis, test scenario design, and defect management.
• Experience in testing for banking or financial services software applications will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with JIRA or similar issue-tracking tools
• Good understanding of testing process and methodology
• Able to work independently and with limited guidance
• Able to work under pressure and in fast-paced environment

• Understand and analyze user requirements to design comprehensive test scenarios
• Prepare relevant test data
• Execute test scenarios, ensuring all functionalities are tested thoroughly.
• Identify and document defects in JIRA, ensuring clear and detailed issue tracking
• Communicate with Business Analysts to clarify and refine requirements.
• Communicate with Developers to clarify and resolve defects.
• Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor to meet operational and/or other requirements
