We are seeking a dedicated Test Team Leader to join our team at the Slough site. As part of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to work on a complex and highly engineered product, playing a crucial role in its assembly and testing process.
The Test Team Leader, you will be responsible for the testing processes of dry gas seals in the UK Slough facility.
This will include being the link between the production manager and test technicians on shift rotation, working to monthly forecasts and test plans, supplying monthly KPI reports and managing the test teams daily activities.

Responsibilities:

The Test Team Leader will perform activities related to the successful DGS’s factory acceptance requirements.

Those activities include:

  • Able to complete the set up and test of different types/sizes of dry gas seals
  • Scheduling DGS testing activities for the test technicians to meet forecasted tests
  • Monitor and supply monthly KIP’s to production manager
  • Customer facing during witness testing.
  • Review risk assessments and maintenance processes
  • Support internal and external Audits.
  • Performance reviews and objective setting for test technicians
  • Holiday and absence management to reduce impact on capacity
  • Ensures quality & safety within functions/ tasks performed by himself/herself and staff reporting to him/her
  • Responsible for exercising due diligence towards health & safety of self and others within the organization.
  • Ensures compliance with the applicable HSE instructions, requirements, laws and regulations received from customers, regulatory and statutory bodies.
