Description:
Flowly Solutions is actively hiring for multiple test technicians for our production team.
These are full time positions with the intention that you will grow within our business. Our operating hours are Monday through Friday, no weekend work will be offered. Overtime may be required based on the workload available.
This position will require you to test both newly manufactured products as well as faulty returned items. You must have prior experience as a test technician in a production environment to be considered for this role. You will be required to work with high voltages. We are willing to train on our specific products and test equipment.
We are a relocation business specializing in moving, assembling and repair. We offer a variety of other services as well.
Responsibilities:
- Manually setting up and running a variety of test equipment such as an oscilloscope or volt meters
- Completing sub assembly and working into a system test
- Working hands on with power supplies and generators on a daily basis
- Evaluating and troubleshooting returned product
- Repairing and replacing faulty parts
- Soldering and repairing PCB boards effectively and accurately
- Working independently as well as with a team to complete work orders
- Logging completed work into a computer and learning our software
- Constantly learning new skills and taking on more responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a test technician in a production environment
- The familiarity and willingness to work with high voltages
- DC power supply knowledge
- A strong soldering ability
- Sub assembly understanding
- The ability to set up an oscilloscope manually
- Reliable transportation to work
- No formal education is required
