Description:
Lead the nascent testing capability in I-MED. Create the test strategy, frameworks and processes that will ensure our vendor and home-grown applications are fit-for-purpose.
The position will also oversee testing activities for the Radiologist Experience (RadX) Program – a high-profile, multi-year transformation program, with a primary objective to improve the experience of radiologists’ working at I-MED.
Provide guidance on all aspects of the test pyramid, with a bias for automation. You will promote testing best practices and drive continuous improvement in testing processes and solutions. If you have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you!

- Proficient in various testing methodologies and types (e.g., unit, integration, functional, performance, user acceptance)
- Experience with test management tools
- Previous experience within a leadership role
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of Agile development (Scrum) methodologies
