Testing and Commissioning Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Testing and Commissioning Manager to oversee the pre-commissioning and commissioning processes for our project with the Saudi Irrigation Organization. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 13 years of relevant experience in testing, commissioning, and project management within the irrigation or related sectors.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).
• Minimum of 13 years of experience in testing and commissioning, with a focus on pre-commissioning and commissioning processes.
• Proven experience in the irrigation sector or similar industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of relevant standards, codes, and regulations.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Knowledge of construction project management processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

• Lead and manage all testing and commissioning activities for the project, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
• Develop and implement testing and commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure all systems are properly tested and commissioned.
• Coordinate pre-commissioning activities, including inspections, system checks, and performance tests.
• Oversee the commissioning process, ensuring that all systems are operational and meet performance requirements.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to testing and commissioning activities.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams during all phases of testing and commissioning.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation of all testing and commissioning activities, including reports, procedures, and results.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations during all testing and commissioning activities.
• Train and mentor junior staff and team members in testing and commissioning practices.
