Testing and Commissioning Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead a group of engineers/supervisors for testing and commissioning of water/wastewater plants, including planning, physical execution and documentation works in according to contractual obligations
• Manage and liaise with suppliers to fulfil contractual liabilities for the test and commissioning
• Lead a group of engineers for the preparation of technical proposals and conduct engineering package evaluations
• Support project independently from process/mechanical point of view
• Provide the process design of treatment plant with process calculation and equipment specifications
• Meet with clients/consultants/Suppliers and prepare the documents needed
• Prepare the engineering packages for procurement
• Co-ordination of various parties per task required
• Motivate team in tough situation

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Chemical/Environmental/Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent
• Chartered Engineer (Process/ Chemical/Environmental/Mechanical) registered with IES or equivalent.
• Shall have demonstrable experience in managing the testing and commissioning of used water facilities of similar complexity and scale as the project.
• At least 15 years of relevant experience.
• Positive attitude and Good interpersonal skill.
