Description:

The Doctors Red Beach have an exciting opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner to join our busy clinic and passionate GP team. We are a well-respected, family-oriented general practice located just north of Auckland, supporting the fabulous Hibiscus Coast community. Our focus is on providing excellent healthcare to our community, and we are looking for an enthusiastic professional who shares our values and our passion for delivering quality care.
The position will work in general practice, where you will receive collegial support from our GPs and Nurse Practitioner, work with skilled experienced nurses and administration team and be supported by our Medical Centre Manager.

The Nurse Practitioner is expected to be well versed in all aspects of the provision of patient care. You will need to be able to work autonomously and part of your role will be to conduct physical assessments, diagnose, and treat common conditions, provide screenings, and prescribe medications to our patients. Providing one on one advice to patients mean that you will need to be friendly, compassionate and pro-active in management of conditions.
Alongside us, you will have the chance to bring your prior knowledge, skills and experience, to care for our patient database which includes a diverse range of patients in all age brackets.
This is a Permanent Full/Part-Time position rostered 32 hours per week across Monday to Friday.
