Responsibilities:

  • Interviewing and onboarding new team members
  • Monitoring and evaluating staff performance
  • Executing performance management conversations with team members
  • Ensuring adherence to company and industry regulations
  • Maintaining safety and food quality standards
  • Motivating and inspiring team members and facilitating personal growth
  • Ensuring high levels of productivity are maintained
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge and an ability to increase basket size
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and returning customers
  • Ordering, receiving, price changes, handling damaged products, and returns
  • Participate in merchandising and promotional activities
