Responsibilities:
- Interviewing and onboarding new team members
- Monitoring and evaluating staff performance
- Executing performance management conversations with team members
- Ensuring adherence to company and industry regulations
- Maintaining safety and food quality standards
- Motivating and inspiring team members and facilitating personal growth
- Ensuring high levels of productivity are maintained
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge and an ability to increase basket size
- Build and maintain relationships with new and returning customers
- Ordering, receiving, price changes, handling damaged products, and returns
- Participate in merchandising and promotional activities
