Description:

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Completed HR Related Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably overseeing Sub-Saharan Africa
  • Experience with HRIS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools
  • Experience in driving bespoke learning programmes from a multi-country perspective
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Lead with right values i.e. humanism, openness, proximity and enthusiasm
