YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong clinical skillset in a hospital setting as a Registered Nurse with a passion for patient care and a high standard of customer-focused service in line with Ramsay’s core values.
- Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum of four (4) years relevant perioperative specialty experience
- Previous experience of floor coordinating in Operating Theatre will be highly regarded
- Clinical leadership experience or relevant post-graduate specialty qualifications desired
- A sound understanding and management of KPIs, staffing allocations and problem solving skills are crucial

Kareena Private Hospital is a dynamic acute care 142 bed facility. Kareena caters for a full range of specialties including cardiology, orthopaedics, general surgery, colorectal surgery, obstetrics and gynaecology, general medicine, geriatric medicine, rehabilitation, gastroenterology, plastic surgery, ear, nose and throat surgery, urology, ophthalmology, paediatrics, respiratory medicine and vascular surgery. REQUIREMENTS
- Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Theatre Floor Coordinator, you will lead a passionate team of clinical nurses and collaboratively work and consult with doctors to ensure the best practice and patient outcomes are achieved. Your key focus will be to coordinate the PM-shift operations of our 7 operating theatres and endoscopy suite.
Availability to work shifts from 1:00pm – 9:30pm, Monday – Friday is essential to be considered.
