As a new and growing practice, we are focused on building a robust foundation and fostering meaningful connections with clients. During this phase, we are hiring on a flexible, casual basis, allowing practitioners to maintain autonomy while contributing to the growth of our clinic.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking Registered Social Workers (RSW) and Registered Psychotherapists (RP) who are ready to bring their skills and compassion to a growing team. In this role, you will:
- Build meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Provide virtual therapy (via video, voice, or text) for individuals, couples, and families.
- Conduct brief initial consultations to assess client needs and goals.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for ongoing care.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure clients receive exceptional care.
- Document client progress in a professional and thoughtful manner.
