The Therapy Area Manager (TAM) is responsible for the creation and implementation of national brand strategies of RX products, following global brand strategies. Key responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, marketing plans, sales presentations, marketing events, product launches and other related tasks. The Therapy Area Manager develops, implements, tracks and optimizes our marketing and digital marketing campaigns across all marketing channels. TAM collaborates with agencies and internal digital marketing team, within approved promotional budget. The Therapy Area Manager works in close collaboration with all relevant stakeholders.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Responsible for the management of the selected RX portfolio
- Strategic planning and implementation of strategy and targeted marketing activities in all relevant marketing channels
- Adapting global promotional materials to local needs
- Analyzing relevant markets, preparing budgets and brand plans according to given standards and dates
- Monthly reporting of actual sales and forecasting, and following promotional budget
- Actively involved in new product launches and taking part in pricing process
- Adhere to or follows local pharma ethical rules and regulations
- Managing contract, Purchase orders and Hippo process
- Developing sales presentations, marketing material and content for digital marketing, uploading in Veeva Vault and obtaining approval before use
- Co-operating with internal stakeholders: sales, medical, regulatory, quality, Centre of Excellence etc.
- Collaborating with selected KOLs, meeting relevant customers
- Follow GDP regulations in determined tasks
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
- A minimum Bachelor’s degree is required
- Industry Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry in Finland is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years prior experience in pharmaceutical/marketing/sales
- Fluent in both English and Finnish
