• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 6-10 Years Of Experience.
• Proven experience in thermal insulation engineering or a related role, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of insulation materials, techniques, and safety protocols.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.

• Lead the design, installation, and maintenance of thermal insulation systems for industrial projects.
• Analyze blueprints and technical specifications to determine insulation requirements and select appropriate materials.
• Oversee the application of insulation to pipes, ducts, equipment, and structures, ensuring precision and efficiency.
• Manage insulation customization, including cutting, shaping, and fitting, utilizing hand and power tools.
• Ensure proper sealing and weatherproofing of insulation materials to optimize performance and longevity.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to uphold insulation integrity and compliance with safety standards.
• Supervise a team of thermal insulation engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely project completion and adherence to budgetary constraints.Maintain accurate records of project activities, including materials used and work performed.
