POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and highly motivated thesis student to join our sustainability team. This position is ideal for a master student looking to complete their thesis in a challenging and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will contribute to ongoing sustainability projects while developing and completing their thesis work. The thesis project offers a hybrid remote setup, with a preferred start in January 2025 and a flexible duration for up to 6 months.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Currently enrolled in a master’s program in Sustainability/Industrial design/Material science or related field, with a focus on completing a thesis project.
  • Has a strong interest in sustainable product design and circular economy
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a sustainability team
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Sustainability, R&D and Service team to gather relevant data, and provide insights.
  • Develop a research proposal and detailed plan for your thesis project, in consultation with your academic advisor and the team at Permobil.
  • Collect and analyze data related to the thesis project, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Employ appropriate statistical and analytical methods to draw meaningful conclusions from collected data.
  • Prepare regular progress reports
  • Collaborate with colleagues, academic advisors, and industry experts to ensure the success of your thesis project.
  • Manage the timeline and resources of your thesis project, adhering to academic and departmental guidelines.
