Responsibilities:
Based in our Newmarket store and reporting to the Store Manager you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with day-to-day responsibilities
- Contributing to the training and development of the store team by coaching on shift
- Maintaining and driving sales, ensuring the team stay motivated
- Ensuring a great customer experience is prioritised
- Helping to create and maintain a positive in store culture
- Keeping on top of visual merchandising, product expertise and operational aspects of the store.
