THE ROLE

• Ensure that all required information is logged on the Claims Management System and passed to the appointed Claims Handlers / the Claims Inspector for investigation
• Prioritise and regulate all CNF and high value claims
• Assisting in the co-ordination, prioritisation and monitoring of road safety schemes and activities
• Proactively review claims to ensure an appropriate action is taken in respect of liability
• Support the team by responding to enquiries or queries raised by claims handlers, insurers, solicitors and members of the public.
