  • Coaching/Mentoring qualification – Desirable
  • Teaching qualification (or willing to work towards completion)- Desirable

Responsibilities:

This role entails in holding weekly Thrive sessions with tutor groups that are highly informative and up to date with relevant Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG). A key part of your role will be offering advice, guidance and support to enable students to be prepared for progression to the next level of their course, employment, apprenticeship or HE. You will be supporting the monitoring and management of attendance and behaviour issues by liaising with parents/guardians / employers where necessary. You will be responsible for supporting and preparing students for their next steps (including overseeing UCAS applications, CV scrutiny and apprenticeship interview support including work placement.
