POSITION:
We are looking for a highly motivated Ticketing Operations Cluster Coordinator to support the Ticketing Operations Manager in defining, preparing, and implementing the operational plan for the Games. The role involves setting up and managing Ticket/Resolution offices across various sites in the assigned mountain area, ensuring an efficient organization and maximizing ticket sales to achieve full stadium occupancy goals.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in managing ticketing operations for major sports events.
- Strong knowledge of stadium-based ticketing systems, including e-ticket/mobile app solutions, seating flexibility management, IT Access Control Management, and MS Office tools.
- Experience in event staff organization, training, and management.
- Ability to proactively liaise with venue owners, local authorities, and key regional sports clubs.
- Strong adaptability, flexibility, and problem-solving skills, even under pressure.
- Diplomatic behavior and the ability to enforce policies and procedures in challenging situations.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Operations Management, Marketing, Sports Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in Italian and English; German proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain effective communication with the Ticketing Operations Core Team at MC26 Headquarters, as well as with operational teams from different venues and sports federations in the assigned area.
- Collaborate with the Local Ticketing Service Provider (TSP) Eventim/TicketOne and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations both in the pre-Games phase and during the Games.
- Develop, implement, and enforce Ticketing Operations protocols, including policies, procedures, contingency plans, and quality assurance processes.
- Monitor ticketing venue operational requirements, ensuring compliance with the Event Venue Management Operational Plan.
- Support MC26 commercial and marketing teams by facilitating introductions and meetings with local stakeholders.
- Ensure that all ticketing-related logistics, venue setup, and operational activities remain on schedule, within budget, and meet high-performance standards across all cluster venues.
- Oversee ticketing operations during the Games, providing first-line support to TSP ticket office staff when needed.
