Job Description

As part of the MLSE Ticketing Sales team, you will have the unique opportunity to work side by side with our Sales, Membership, Suites, and Premium LIVE teams, to support the Strategy Team to scope new technology, improve and maintain operational processes, launch important projects, and support our revenue-generating initiatives. You are a visionary and entrepreneurial spirit, and experience analyzing data to find opportunities / present recommendations to senior leadership.

  • Operational Consultant (50%).
  • Support internal reporting and ticketing campaign strategy.
  • Handle internal strategy meetings and internal focus groups to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Support operations of the secondary strategy team as required.
  • Project Management - Projects & Initiatives (50%).
  • Manage projects of small scale with short to mid-term implementation time.
  • Complete deliverables to support project implementation specifically for the contact center.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales strategy or support in a professional setting.
  • Demonstrated experience in Consulting, Finance, Strategic Planning or Corporate Development preferred.
  • Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Salesforce, and project planning tools (e.g MS Planner, Trello, Visio).
  • University or College Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Business Economics, Strategy, Marketing, or Finance.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills including the ability to actively listen, empathize, ask questions, and respond in a language that our partners understand in a virtual or in-person setting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and define problems to develop creative solutions and address requirements clearly and articulately.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit in identifying opportunities for improving business efficiencies.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
