  • Drive seamless operation and technical management of AT’s ticketing solutions.
  • Auckland Integrated Fare System (AIFS) and contactless payment systems

KO KOE TĒNEI | ABOUT YOU

You will bring significant experience in IT operational management / service delivery management roles. You will have strong experience effectively managing external/third parties and show customer focus.

You will ideally have some experience in managing complex ticketing systems or similar technology solutions alongside the following:

  • Strong understanding of fare systems and contactless payment technologies.
  • Leadership (ability to form virtual teams and influence)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Technical capability
  • Excellent written skills
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational challenges
  • Highly developed relationship and interpersonal skills
  • Calm under pressure
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
