Responsibilities:

  • Provide Support: Help users with our Airport Winter Operations software, making sure they have the support they need.
  • Handle Issues: Use Zendesk to manage, clarify, and resolve user issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Classify Problems: Identify and categorize issues (bugs, feature requests, user training) and their severity.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with our Product Owner and escalate issues when needed to get them resolved fast.
  • QA and Testing: Test our software during downtime to ensure everything runs smoothly.
