Description:
THE OPPORTUNITY
For the problem solvers out there, this is an exciting role for computer science students that have some background in python and are starting their engineering career.
We’re looking for a software support developer (python) to join our support team, improve our AI bot, identify & solve bugs, and conduct QA. As a software support developer, you will help maintain the interaction between our users and engineering team. This role is fully remote, with preference for the tri-state area (our HQ is in NY).
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 year coding in Python - a must
- Proficiency working in a technical environment and comfort solving technical user issues
- SQL experience
- Tech-savvy with an ability to navigate multiple complex systems simultaneously to respond to user inquiries
- A love for troubleshooting and debugging new issues
- Team player, with a problem-solving approach
- Experience in investing and or managing your own investment portfolio - definitely a plus
- Familiarity with our tech stack: Jira, Mixpanel, Superblocks, Customer.io, Jam, Github, and Contentful.
The position remote
Responsibilities:
- Conduct QA audits for new product releases
- Aggregate, analyze & improve LandaGPT integration (Bot)
- Contribute to engineering efforts (solve bugs, review jira) while troubleshooting complex user issues and communicating with engineers, designers, and property managers
- Create automations, write user documentation & optimize our support documentation and processes to improve users’ experiences and help take our onboarding to the next level
- Improve our onboarding tooling - written mostly in Python and bash.
