MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in commerce marketplace operations.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, with strong collaboration skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align and secure agreement from stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in ambiguous, matrixed environments.

  • Oversee performance indicators related to the partner and user experiences.
