TikTok Shops Supply Chain and Logistics is seeking an Operations Manager to lead Cross Dock operations within its growing fulfillment network. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the cross dock facility, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to optimize cross dock operations, improve logistics processes, and enhance overall supply chain efficiency.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience managing third-party logistics (3PL) providers/vendors preferably in cross dock operations.
• Track record of success in operations management, including but not limited to problem solving, capacity planning, cost management, etc.
• Experience managing inbound, outbound, or quality operations with a thorough understanding of key metrics, inputs, and outputs.
• Strong project management, analytics, and continuous improvement skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
• Experience with creating operations integration plans, training documents, and standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., CSCP, CLTD).

  Job Information
  The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $111000 - $208000 annually.

  Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the cross dock facility, including inbound and outbound operations.
• Own and deliver operational KPIs and cost targets for the regional areas of responsibility, including safety, productivity and financial goals.
• Leverages third party service and cross functional teams, like transportation, warehousing and inventory teams, to run a world class fulfillment operation and solicit ideas to solve problems.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Establishes objectives and metrics for cross-dock operations in the areas of safety, quality, productivity, and customer experience
• Sets clear goals and expectations for team members, measure performance and provide feedback.
• Champion strategic projects that have network-wide impact.
