TikTok Shops Supply Chain and Logistics is seeking a Fulfillment Quality Manager to solve operational problems and create systems to improve customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and report daily and weekly quality defects. Identify trends in quality data and work with field operations teams and 3PL partners to deep dive root cause and implement corrective actions.
  • Drive network level excellence by designing and implementing systems, metrics and programs that maximize compliance, productivity and continuous improvement.
  • Build strong partnerships with field leaders, including 3PL Partners, to identify the impact of new business initiatives and successfully integrate and deploy them onsite.
  • Create benchmark standards, training programs and audit process execution.
  • Analyze and solve operational barriers with a focus on understanding root causes.
  • Engage with other TikTok business units in the US and globally to share best practices and improve end-to-end outcomes for TikTok customers and merchants.
  • Work with technology teams and product managers to develop new tools and systems to support the growth of the business.
  • Communicate program status, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership, influencing decisions without direct authority.
  • Meet timelines and minimize disruption to partner teams, proactively managing schedules and risks.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience with process improvement tools and methodologies, or a proven track record as a competent continuous improvement practitioner.
  • Demonstrated experience in solving ambiguous problems through the applications of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to translate complex information and influence without authority.
  • Track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality results that meet business goals.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Passion for driving operational excellence and a track record of improving team processes and metrics.
  • Ability to work independently, seeking guidance as needed, to successfully manage difficult projects across teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify root causes, mitigate risks, and drive timely decisions.
    This role will require frequent travel in the region. All applicants must be comfortable with frequent travel.
