The Seller Engagement Assistant Manager will become a knowledge center within the TTS Delivery business, expected to deeply understand seller needs, effectively communicating these needs across the organization, and driving continuous improvement in seller satisfaction and service efficiency.

  • Fostering strong relationships with sellers, ensuring they are satisfied with our services, and facilitating smooth and efficient delivery processes.
  • Responsible for managing relationships with key sellers (incl. setting up seller event through communities and gathering), addressing their concerns, and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Act as the main point of contact for seller inquiries, handle inquiries, and resolve issues.
  • Provide day-to-day support to sellers (coordinate with operations on FM pickup schedule, handling pickup / return complaints, etc.)

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in seller engagement, customer service, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing relationships with key stakeholders, including high-value clients (VIP sellers).
  • Experience in managing teams, including overseeing multiple direct reports.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to conduct presentations and sharing sessions.
  • Event planning and management experience, particularly in organizing seller engagement events and community gatherings.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, or similar platforms).
  • Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms for remote collaboration.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to generate and interpret reports to inform strategy.
  • Ability to disseminate information effectively through reports, presentations, and training sessions.
  • Experience in information gathering from various sources, such as seller visits, surveys, and feedback forms.
